STUDY AT UNÎMES WITH ERASMUS+ OR ON AN EXCHANGE
Exchange students:
Procedure for Erasmus+ or bilateral exchange students
If you wish to study at the University of Nîmes through a bilateral agreement or the Erasmus programme, you should:
- Contact the International Relations Department at your home university to check that a student exchange agreement exists between it and the University of Nîmes.
- Apply to your home university for a place on the exchange programme.
- Be selected by your home university, which will then send the list of students selected to the University of Nîmes.
- Contact the international exchange coordinator for your subject area to agree on a programme of study which will be validated when you return to your home university.
(To help you draw up your learning contract, you can view details of the courses on offer and take note of the semesters during which they are delivered.)
- Fill in the application form for exchange students on your computer, then print it, sign it and attach the following documents:
- A letter of application in French
- Transcripts of your marks for the current year and the previous year
- A photocopy of your identity card or passport
- A proposed study programme validated by your supervisor at your home university.
- You should then post your application to:

or scan it and email it to: international@unimes.fr (international @ unimes.fr)
Application deadline : 30 June
You will then receive a confirmation letter by email and by post.
